4G enabled Nokia 6300 now available in local market

HMD Global Oy today announced the availability of Nokia 6300 4G in Bangladesh with social basics like WhatsApp to provide smart experience in feature phone.

It also announced that Nokia 225 4G will be available in the market soon. Both phones support fourth generation (4G) network for uninterrupted use of social network and entertainment on the go, said a press release.

The KaiOS-powered 6300 4G help users to stay in touch with family, friends and colleagues with WhatsApp and Facebook. Also, Google Assistant and YouTube will add value as the phone support hundreds of applications.

Nokia 6300 4G is perfect for those who seek access to all the essentials at a super affordable price point, giving you great experiences whether you're on a call, watching videos on YouTube or playing your top tunes on the go.

Running on KaiOS, the Nokia 6300 4G is optimized with Snapdragon 210 processor of Qualcomm for making everyday tasks smoother. It also has hotspot option with share internet through wireless fidelity.

Regarding the return of traditional 6300 in 4G mode, HMD Global Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas said the amazingly affordable Nokia 6300 4G offers choice, connectivity and style, drawing on trusted heritage, redesigned for modern day.

The other announced phone, Nokia 225 4G phone powered by Series 30+ operating system offers social media connectivity and multiplayer games.

With a power capacity of 1150 milliampere per hour in battery, Nokia 225 4G phone features clearer call quality, social media and multiplayer gaming as the premium design with the glossy hard-coated colors deliver a high-end finish.

Nokia 225 4G is featured with games - Crossey Road and Racing Attack – and English learning tools with Oxford lexicon from original data.

Farhan Rashid, business head of HMD Global Bangladesh, said the main objective of the 4G feature phones is to connect the people who needs basic communications apps with handy bar device on fourth generation network.

Nokia 6300 4G is available at Tk 5,299 while the Nokia 225 4G will be available at Tk 4,199. Both phones will come in multiple color option.

Headquartered in Espoo, Finland, HMD Global is the home of Nokia phones. HMD designs and markets a range of smartphones and feature phones targeted at a range of consumers and price points.
