Indian masks worth Tk3 lakh seized at Satkhira

Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) has seized 1,500 Indian masks worth Tk3 lakh from Lokkhidari area of Bhomra border in Satkhira early today.

A man named Abdul Kader, 22 was arrested for smuggling.

"Bhomra border outpost patrol commander Nur Alam led the operation and confiscated the illegally imported face masks. We handed over the detainee to the police, legal action would be taken," said BGB Captain of Satkhira-33 Mohammad Golam Mahiuddin.
