This one-day event features millions of products with the biggest discounts and offers of the year

Daraz starts biggest online sale

Daraz Bangladesh, an online marketplace and concern of Alibaba Group, started the biggest online sale 11.11 (Eleven Eleven) for the third time in a row on Wednesday. 

All-rounder Shakib Al Hasan inaugurated the campaign, which is also known as Daraz 11.11 Sale Day, at the live show from Daraz official Facebook page on 10 November, says a Daraz press release.  

The festival is celebrated across the world including South Asia's 5 Daraz counties respectively- Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Myanmar and Pakistan.

Syed Mostahidal Hoq, the managing director of Daraz, said, "I would request all to explore the Daraz app frequently because it is a platform where every process, terms and conditions are given in detail with the direction for product purchase to return-refund. Hopefully, after the success of 11.11, we will be able to bring even better tractions for the customers next year''.

The 11.11 campaign is offering discounts and cashback offers through payment partners on which additional up to 15% discount can be availed. Payment partners include BRAC Bank, City Bank, Eastern Bank Limited, Mercantile Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and bKash.

It is also offering some vouchers which will help to avail more discounts on already discounted products. 

There are also exclusive launches of Poco X3 NFC and ( Realme C15: 4+64 GB)  phones from 12 am to 1 am, 'Guess and get it free' from 10am to 12pm, Shake Shake-Brand Double Taka Voucher at 1pm, Brand Mystery Box at 2pm, 'Happy Hour Voucher' at 3pm, Shake Shake voucher at 4pm - where customers can win Motorola, Samsung Smartphones and Smartwatches. '11 Taka mystery box' at 5 pm, where customers can avail products from different category including electronics, fashion, health and beauty. 

There is also a flash sale at 6 pm, 'Price Slash' at 7pm and a Motorola g8 Power Lite exclusive launch from 9pm to 12am.

These offers are only available at scheduled times and in limited stocks, for which the buyers have to visit the Daraz app every hour.
