Lankan Alliance Finance convenes board meeting

Lankan Alliance Finance Limited (LAFL), a joint venture NBFI with foreign collaboration, convened its third board meeting of this year on 27 May.

Members of the board joined the meeting from Sri Lanka, Singapore, and Bangladesh through virtual platform, read a press release on Wednesday.

Jowher Rizvi, chairman of Board of Directors LAFL, presided over the meeting.

Among other directors, chairman of Peoples Bank of Sri Lanka Sujeewa Rajapakse; CEO of Peoples Leasing & Finance PLC of Sri Lanka Shamindra Marcelline; CEO of Peoples Bank of Sri Lanka Rajitha Kodituwakku; Chairman of Rabab Fashions Lutfe M Ayub; Director of Summit Holdings Ltd. Azeeza Khan; director of Masco Group Fahima Akter and CEO of LAFL Kanti Kumar Saha were connected at the meeting.
