NRBC Bank’s 2nd EGM held through video conference

The second Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of NRB Commercial Bank Limited was held on Sunday.

Chairman of the bank S M Parvez Tamal presided over the meeting from the head office and Director Loquit Ullah was present in the meeting. 

At the meeting, few sections of the Bank's articles were amended. Chairman of Executive Committee Mohammed Adnan Imam, Chairman of Audit Committee Rafikul Islam Mia Arzoo, Chairman of Risk Management Committee A M Saidur Rahman and other members of the Board of Directors, sponsors and shareholders connected on the meeting through video conference. 

The management of the bank headed by the Managing Director & CEO Md Mukhter Hossain also attended the meeting.
