Shanta Securities appoints Quazi Asaduzzaman as CEO

Quazi Asaduzzaman has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Shanta Securities Limited.

He has more than 12 years of experience in the mutual fund and brokerage industry. He has diversified experience in brokerage operations, portfolio management and analysis, and operations of AMC.

Quazi joined Shanta Securities Limited as Chief Business Development Officer in 2019. He started his career in ICB Asset Management Company Ltd in 2008. Later, he joined Shanta Asset Management Limited as the head of fund operations in 2016 and subsequently was promoted to chief operating officer.

He played an important role in the growth of the company.

Quazi completed his Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in finance from the Institute of Business Administration (IBA) under the University of Dhaka. He also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Accounting and Information System (AIS) from the University of Dhaka.
