IBBL inaugurates its information security operations center

Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited (IBBL) has inaugurated its Information Security Operations Center (ISOC) at its head office on Thursday.
Mohammed Monirul Moula, Managing Director and CEO of the bank inaugurated the center as chief guest, said a press release issued by IBBL.
Additional Managing Directors Muhammad Qaisar Ali and Md Omar Faruk Khan; Deputy Managing Directors Taher Ahmed Chowdhury and Md Mosharraf Hossain; Senior Executive Vice Presidents of the bank Mohammad Jamal Uddin Mazumder and Abul Faiz Muhammad Kamaluddin and Abu Naser Mohammed Nazmul Bari; Executive Vice Presidents Md Mizanur Rahman Bhuiyan and Ahmed Zubayerul Huq along with other executives and officials of the Bank were present on the occasion.

During the inauguration, Mohammed Monirul Moula said, "The fourth industrial revolution is taking place through the hands of the technology sector. The rapid development of technology brings with it not only the benefits of fluidity in the field but also brings in greater risk."
He mentioned that bankers have to work well to keep banking sector safe from this risk. He called upon the officials to work more dedicatedly to continue the excellence of the bank.
