16 special Biman flights to bring illegal expatriates back from Malaysia
Despite receiving general amnesty from the Malaysian government, the illegal expatriates are facing difficulties to back home due to the lack of plane tickets
The Biman Bangladesh Airlines will operate 16 special flights in December to bring illegal expatriate workers back from Malaysia under "Back for Good" scheme of Malaysian government.
The flights will be operated by Boeing 737 and 787-8 Dreamliner, said a press release issued by Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism today.
The "Back for Good" amnesty programme started with the aim of reducing the number of illegal immigrants in Malaysia. The programme is set to run till December 31.
