NRBC Bank provides protective equipment to journalists
Earlier, the bank provided protective equipment to 23 hospitals in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chattogram, Sylhet, Barisal and Pirajpur
NRB Commercial Bank has provided protective equipment – PPEs, surgical mask, KN-95 mask, special goggle and head shields – to journalists to help them prevent Covid-19 infection.
Economic Reporters Forum representative SM Rashidul Islam, Harunur Rashid, Rejaul Haque Kewshik, Hasan Sohel, Ekattor TV Reporter Zahidul Islam and representatives of ATN News, NTV and SA TV received the equipment at the head office of the bank on Sunday.
Managing director and CEO of the bank Mukhter Hossain and head of communication division Md Ruhul Amin were present on the occasion.
Earlier, the bank provided PPEs for the journalist of DBC News.
NRBC Bank has provided 5,000 pieces of PPE, 5,000 pieces of surgical masks, 1,000 pieces of KN-95 mask, 800 pieces of the special goggle and 1,500 pieces of head shields to the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission, personal physician of the Prime Minister, along with 23 hospitals in Dhaka, Narayanganj, Chattogram, Sylhet, Barisal and Pirajpur.
