Nawazuddin Siddiqui says ‘Nepotism is everywhere’ holds the audience accountable for it

Nawazuddin Siddiqui has entertained the audience with his meticulous acting skills in both movies and web series.

In an interview with ETimes, Nawazuddin Siddiqui revealed a lot about his opinions about certain things. Especially the most debated subject at this point, nepotism.

The interview sheds light on Nawazuddin's take on the nepotism debate.

Nawazuddin stated that "Nepotism is everywhere". However, he blames the audience for fostering this nepotism. And holds them responsible for it.

Furthermore, he added that Bollywood is being portrayed as this "dark industry," and this has the ability of putting off talented individuals who want to join it.

Nawazuddin is a Bollywood outsider, nonetheless, by toiling away for countless years the star has become an indispensable part of the Bollywood film industry.

But Nawazuddin wasn't only asked controversial questions. Nawazuddin also confessed that his favourite actor is Naseeruddin Shah and that he revered Aamir Khan as well.

Nawazuddin Siddiqui also stated that he deeply misses his mentor and co-star Irrfan Khan. Actor Irrfan died this April, sending shockwaves to the worldwide film industry.

The interview gives a glimpse of how an outsider feels about the nepotism debate. And especially how the talented Nawazuddin believes that the audience can remove this ingrained nepotism.
