Author and CEO of Performax Inc, Dr Samir Asaf, has won the prestigious New York City Big Book Award 2020 in the "Business & Leadership" category.

On Wednesday, he bagged the prize for his book "Engage X Lead = Transform".

About the book, the Boston Consulting Group wrote, "The book is your field-guide to understanding and rapidly implementing the powerful Open-Source Engagement approach that has been proven to increase employee, partner, and customer engagement by a factor of 3x."

Performax 360: A Bangladeshi software revolutionising employee management

The author who is also the CEO of Bangladesh based software company Performax Inc, has been revolutionising the landscape of the software industry in Bangladesh.

His brainchild "Performax 360" focuses on employee management and it is rising on the global software platform. This software has won this year's SaaS Awards Program, which is also one of the most prestigious awards in the software field. 

The book is about a multi-disciplinary digital-era approach for performance improvement and business transformation powered by inclusive leadership. The book is available on Amazon.com as a paperback, hard cover, e-book, kindle, and audiobook.
