119 dead chickens recovered from restaurant in Dhaka airport area
A team of the Airport Armed Police Battalion has recovered 119 dead chickens from a restaurant near the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka.
Ziaul Haque, additional superintendent of Airport Armed Police confirmed the news to The Business Standard today.
Around 2:50pm, the team led by an executive magistrate conducted a drive at the restaurant named "Airport Restaurant" adjacent to the Airport Custom House and found the dead chickens.
Seven people, including the restaurant's manager, cooks, and driver and helpers of the vehicle being used to transport the dead chickens have been arrested in this connection.
Legal action is being taken against the detainees, said Ziaul Haque.
