Coronavirus vaccine will be available in Bangladesh by February 2021, said Health Secretary Abdul Mannan.
"All preparations have already been made in the hospitals of the country to deal with the second wave of coronavirus," the secretary said during a discussion on "World AIDS Day" at the National Theatre of Shilpakala Academy in the capital's Segunbagicha on Tuesday morning.
Mannan said that as a frontline fighter, the media personnel would also get priority in getting the vaccine.

The government would also take the responsibility of the families of the doctors, who died during the coronavirus pandemic, he further added.
The health secretary also highlighted the various initiatives of the government to deal with the Corona pandemic.
