A Dhaka court on Thursday indicted six people, including sacked military officer Maj Sayed Ziaul Haque Zia, in a case over the murder of blogger and writer Avijit Roy.
The court also fixed September 11 for recording witness depositions.

Later, the victim’s father Prof Dr Ajay Roy filed a murder case at Shahbagh police station.
