48% growth in remittance flows from the Emirates
In the first 3 quarters of the current financial year, 1707 million dollars came to Bangladesh as remittances. Out of this, as a single country, the maximum 3.27 billion dollars comes from the United Arab Emirates. Remittance flows from the Middle Eastern country increased by 48 percent over the year.
