Black releases new single ‘Dhushor’
The ABC Generation alum gears up for new album
Prominent rock band Black has released their brand new single Dhushor.
The music video of the song will be uploaded from the official Youtube channel of G-series. Meanwhile fans can stream this song on GP music app.
Unomanush, the fifth studio album by Black, was released in 2016. After a four-year hiatus, the band is all set to get into the studio for their next album.
After several lineup alterations, the alt-rock band is finally steady with the current members. The current lineup includes Rubayet (vocal), Charles (bass), Tony (drums) and Jahan (lead guitars). Farhan plays the drum when Tony is abroad.
According to Jahan, the guitarist of Black, “The single Dhushor is from our next album. We still have not decided on an album title yet.
Besides, Tony lives in Canada. He will come to Bangladesh in January to complete his drum solos, then we will proceed to release the album.”
When asked about the song Dhushor, Jahan said, “The song has been penned by Charles and composed by Black. We hope our fans will find it to their liking.”
Black is one of the pioneers of underground band scene that dawned in the 2000s.
They have been fondly called the ABC Generation. ABC is the acronym for Artcell, Black and Cryptic Fate, the 3 big names of the UG era.
