The prime minister urged the media to publish and telecast good works of the government, instead of spreading any false or fake news
Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina today said drive against corruption and militancy will continue.
"We will continue the drives against corruption, militancy, drugs and terrorism and actions will be taken regardless of political identity," the premier said while inaugurating Bangabandhu satellite -1 services for private TV channels at a city hotel.
The prime minister urged the media to publish and telecast good works of the government to boost the confidence of people, instead of spreading any false or fake news.
The government is set to establish country's first aviation university named "Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Aviation and Aerospace University" in Lalmonirhat, she added.
The initiative was taken to develop the aeronautical and aerospace studies in the country, she added.
