মধ্যপ্রাচ্যের চলমান উত্তেজনার মধ্যে আলোচনার টেবিলে কঠোর শর্ত দিয়েছে ইরান। আগামী ১১ এপ্রিল পাকিস্তানের রাজধানী ইসলামাবাদে যুক্তরাষ্ট্র ও ইরানের মধ্যে বৈঠক হওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। এর আগেই এই ১০ দফা প্রস্তাব সামনে আনে তেহরান।
