চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জে ভয়াবহ আকারে দেখা দিয়েছে হামের প্রকোপ। বিশেষ করে সদর, শিবগঞ্জ ও গোমস্তাপুর এলাকায় শিশুদের মধ্যে এ রোগের প্রাদুর্ভাব সবথেকে বেশি। ফলে হাসপাতালে বাড়ছে রোগীর চাপ। তৈরি হয়েছে শয্যা সংকট।
