Huawei extends device warranty to avail best customer service in mind

Huawei has extended the warranty period of its smartphones, tabs and smart accessories to a certain timeframe for customers benefit due to Coronavirus pandemic.

The company has extended the warranty of those devices, which are expiring during the period of the general holiday—imposed by the government, starting from March 26, 2020. However, to avail of this benefit, customers must contact the Huawei Service Center within 15 working days right after the end of the general holiday period.

All Huawei authorized brands and 18 service centers have been closed during the general holiday period--announced by the government on March 25 this year to avoid social transmission. Since people are unable to go to physical stores or service centers to avail of their warranty benefits directly during this period; the company is offering special warranty services for their benefit. As a result, customers will not have to be worried about the warranty period.

However, the hotline service of Huawei service centre is available to keep customer service uninterrupted. The service will be available from Saturday to Thursday from 10 am to 7 pm on this toll-free number 08000777777. Customers can also purchase Huawei devices from the e-commerce platform.
