Semolina Pudding

Ingredients for the semolina layer

Milk 4 cups

Sugar 1/2 cup

 Semolina 1/2 cup

Rose water 1 tsp

Second layer ingredients

Corn flour 2 tbsp

Cream Cheese 1/2 cup

Milk 2 cups

Sugar 2 tbsp

First, add all the ingredients in a pan and cook the first layer till it becomes thick. Now, pour the mixture in a greased pan and set it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Make the second layer with all the ingredients in a pan and cook till it becomes thick.  Next, pour on top of the first layer and keep it in the fridge for 6 - 8 hours. Add some sugar syrup on top of the pudding before serving.
