International short film festival from December 7
The 15th International Short Film and Free Film festival will begin on December 07. Short films from 50 countries will take part in this festival. This festival is organized every year due to the regular initiative being taken by the Bangladesh Short Film Forum. It will go on till December 13.
A press conference was held at the National Press Club's Maulana Mohammad Akram Khan hall on December 5 to share details of the festival.
N Rashed Chowdhury, director of the festival said that a significant number of notable films from around the world will be screened. International actors will be present at the festival and will take part in special sessions.
Sufia Kamal National Public Library, the National Museum and auditoriums of Bangladesh Shilpakala Academy will be the venues for this year's festival. The festival will be inaugurated on December 07 afternoon at the Sufia Kamal National Public Library. The audience can enjoy the movies at all three venues.
