The Islamic Banks Consultative Forum (IBCF) recently held its 60th meeting.

Prof Md Anwarul Azim Arif, chairman, Social Islami Bank Ltd and IBCF presided over the meeting.

The meeting discussed different issues relating to the National Seminar on 'Islamic Banking and Finance' which is to be held in May 2021.
The meeting was attended by Md Nazrul Islam Mazumder, chairman of Bangladesh Association of Banks and Advisor of IBCF, Prof Md Nazmul Hassan, chairman of Islami Bank Bangladesh Ltd and advisor of IBCF, Abdus Samad, chairman of Al- Arafah Islami Bank Ltd and vice-chairman of IBCF among several others.
