A cleaning campaign was held in ward no. 39 of Dhaka North City Corporation on Tuesday morning, said a press release.

The campaign was led by Md Shafiqul Islam Basek, councillor of ward no. 39 and Nilufar Yasmin Eti, women councillor of wards no. 38, 39, and 40.

More than 80 participants cleared the waste-materials on the roads and also created awareness among people to refrain from dumping waste on the roads.
