NRBC Bank makes agreement with BSMRAU

NRB Commercial Bank (NRBC) has made an agreement to provide loans of Tk 200 crore to teachers, officers, and employees of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University (BSMRAU).

The loan will be disbursed in phases as per the university's own policy. The agreement was signed between NRBC and the university on Tuesday.

Md Mukhter Hossain, managing director and CEO of NRBC Bank and Prof Tofayel Ahamed, treasurer of BSMRAU signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations.

Besides, Vice-Chancellor of BSMRAU Prof Md Giashuddin Miah, Registrar Md Shirajul Islam Talukder, NRBC Banks Head of FI & ADC Kazi Md Safayet Kabir, and Head Of CRMD Tanusree Mitra joined the signing ceremony along with senior officials of both the institutions.
