One-stop real estate service provider Bproperty has signed a contract with the Airbell Development Technologies Ltd to run four projects in Chattogram.

The Bproperty has recently opened its office in South Khulshi of Chattogram, expanding its operations out of the capital Dhaka, said a press release. 

Under the new contract, the Airbell Development will construct more than 100 units in Jamal Khan, Katalganj, Colonel Hat and Choto Pool areas of Chattogram. The residential and commercial buildings will exclusively be marketed by the Bproperty. 

On behalf of Bproperty, its Chief Executive Officer Mark Nosworthy, General Manager Rejbeen Ahsan, Senior Relationship Manager Mizan Ul Mowla and Marketing Manager Mahzabin Chowdhury were present during the contract signing ceremony. 

Meanwhile, on behalf of Airbell Development Technologies, its Chairman Ln GK Lala, Managing Director Md Abdul Kauiam Chowdhury and General Manager Arubindu Chowdhury were present.

Speaking at the ceremony, Bproperty CEO Mark Nosworthy said, "This contract will help us to meet more demands of our wide range of clients as the Airbell Development Technologies Ltd is going to construct more than 100 units, ranging between 978 square feet and 1,970 square feet areas, under the contract.

"We will also now provide all kind of real estate related solutions to our clients in Chattogram."

Bproperty.com, owned by the Emerging Markets Property Group headquartered in the UAE, launched in 2016 in Bangladesh and currently has over 25,000 properties listed for sale and rent on its website.
