A Barguna court today fixed November 28 for charge framing against 10 adult accused in the much-talked-about Barguna's Rifat Sharif murder case.   

Judge Md Asaduzzaman of Barguna District and Sessions Judge Court fixed the date after rejecting the bail prayers of accused Rabbi Akon, Md Hasan and Mohaiminul Islam Sifat. 

The court also gave permission to other accused Rakibul Hasan Rifat, Kamrul Islam Saimoon and Md Sagor to attend their examination.     

The court sent all the accused to jail after the hearing. 

The adult accused of the case are Rakibul Hasan Rifat, 23, Md Musa, 22, Mohaiminul Islam Sifat, 19, Md Hasan, Rezwan Ali Khan Hridoy, 22, Md Hasan, 19, Ayesha Siddika Minni, 19, Rafiul Islam Rabbi, 20, Md Sagor, 19 and Kamrul Islam Saimoon, 21. 

Rifat Sharif was hacked to death by miscreants in front of Barguna Government College in broad daylight on June 26. His wife Ayesha Siddika Minni was present on the spot. 

The police on September 1, submitted two charge sheets before the same court, in connection with the case. In one of the charge-sheets 14 juveniles were made accused, while in the other 10 adults were made accused in another charge sheet.
