At least 10 people have been injured during a clash between police and Jubo Dal, youth front of BNP, in Narayanganj today.

The clash started at around 10am at Mondal Para and Press Club in Chashara when Narayanganj Mohanagar Jubo Dal members brought out a precession marking its 41st founding anniversary and demanding the release of BNP Chairperson Khaleda Zia.

Police baton charged on the rally as it tried to continue the procession after police's restriction.

Later, the leaders and activists of the Mohanagar Jubo Dal held a brief rally inside police barricade.

BNP leader Advocate Taimur Alam Khandaker and Convenor of Narayanganj Mohanagar Jubo Dal Maksudul Alam Khandaker were present, among others.
