জ্বালানি তেলের দাম বাড়ানোর কারণে বাসের পর বাড়ানো হয়েছে লঞ্চের ভাড়া। ৬ মে লঞ্চের ভাড়া বাড়ানোর প্রজ্ঞাপন জারি করেছে নৌপরিবহন মন্ত্রণালয়। যদিও ৫ মে থেকেই নতুন ভাড়া কার্যকরের কথা বলা হয়েছে এতে।
