বিশ্বজুড়ে তেলের বাজারে চরম উত্তেজনা। ৯ মার্চ যেখানে অপরিশোধিত তেলের দাম প্রতি ব্যারেলে ১২০ ডলার ছুঁইছুঁই করছিল, পরদিন সকালেই তা এক ধাক্কায় কমে গেছে প্রায় ৬ শতাংশ।
