Bangladeshi expatriates, currently living in China, have celebrated the Eid-ul-Adha amid the Covid-19 pandemic.
Since public gathering is banned in the country, Guangzhou Bangladesh Community organised Eid jamaat inside a residence around 7am in the morning. After the prayer, the sacrificial animals were slaughtered in a local farm away from the city.
Expatriates living in other cities and states also celebrated Eid-ul-Adha on a limited scale. Most of them sacrificed cattle as much as they could.
