Two Bangladeshi women have been rescued from Hyderabad by the Rachakonda Police's Anti-Human Trafficking unit as they busted an international flesh trade racket on Monday (30 December).
According to police, the gang operated through online booking and collected money through e-wallets, Telangana Today reported.
During the drive, four organizers of the gang were also arrested.
The arrested persons were identified as Mozam Mondal, L Sarkar, Abhir Shaik and Muntaz Ali Mondal, all residents of West Bengal and natives of Bangladesh.
Police said, "Mondal was secretly organising the flesh trade since he came to Hyderabad two years ago. He procured women from Bangladesh."
Following a tip-off, the premises were raided and the gang apprehended.
