The closure impacts key points vital for cross-border travel and local trade between Pakistan's Balochistan province and Iran, including the Taftan crossing in Chaghi district, Gabd-Rimdan in Gwadar, Chedgi and Jirrak in Panjgur, and the Rideeg Mand crossing in Kech district, according to a report by Arab News.
Iran and Israel exchanged missiles and airstrikes since Saturday, following a large-scale Israeli aerial assault the previous day. Iran retaliated by launching waves of drones and ballistic missiles at Israel. Explosions lit up night skies over Tel Aviv, Jerusalem as the conflict between the two nations escalated.
