Defense Minister of India has ordered the armed forces to be ready for war

Indian Defense Minister Rajnath Singh has ordered the armed forces to be combat ready to maintain peace in India and outside India. Defense Minister Rajnath gave such instructions in his presidential address at the Armed Forces Joint Commanders' Conference on September 5 in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
