Samsung Electronics Bangladesh has recently carried out a campaign to ensure health, hygiene of customers.
The global consumer electronics leader helped clean the customers' refrigerators through this campaign – initiated before Eid.
The target of the campaign was to inspire the practices, related to hygiene, of regularly cleaning refrigerators among the customers across the country, reads a press release.
Samsung's expert teams provided checking and cleaning services to over 300 customers around the country for free.
The customers who bought and are still using Samsung refrigerators – even without a warranty period – got the support.
The services included overall status checking and consulting, voltage checking for power stability, outside temperature checking, settings, water tray cleaning, and guidance on better performance.
To get the service, customers had to register their interest through Samsung call centre.
Samsung Bangladesh Country Manager Seungwon Youn said, "We rose to the occasion as a part of our responsibility as we believe in making our customers' lives more convenient in any circumstances. The importance of staying clean and healthy was never felt more significant than now."
