Samsung Bangladesh recently expanded its customer service initiative by providing services to the doorsteps of rural and semi-urban customers in Chattogram.
The services will be provided by service vans titled Samsung Service Van, said a press release.
The vans will cover 17 thanas in Chattogram, added the statement.
Customers calling the Samsung helpline number can avail the services on a weekly basis.
The vans will also stop in front of Samsung showrooms and provide advice on how to use its products efficiently. The service also includes repairing Samsung home appliances upon customers' requests.
Furthermore, the van will collect mobile handsets from remote areas for repairing and after completion, it will be returned to the customer on the next visit in that area.
Seungwon Youn, country manager, Samsung Bangladesh said, "All our previous initiatives regarding service vans has been a huge success. We have been able to provide satisfactory services to all customers who seek for help. We are delighted to expand our services to Chattogram market.
