IT Fair to start from Jan 25 in Port City

A three-day Information Technology (IT) fair will begin in Chattogarm from January 25. Chittagong IT Professionals is organising the fair. 

Local Government and Rural Development (LGRD) Minister Md Tajul Islam will grace the occasion as the chief guest.  

President of Chittagong Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI) Mahbubul Alam confirmed the news at a press conference held at the World Trade Centre in the port city's Agrabad area. 

A roundtable discussion on "Smart City Chattogram" is scheduled to be held with LGRD Minister Tajul Islam, Deputy Education Minister Mohibul Hasan Chowdhury, Members of Parliament Dr Afsarul Amin and MA Latif.

CCCI President Mahbubul Alam said, keeping in line with the government's vision of a developed Bangladesh the fair is being organised. 

Thirty organisations set up 58 stalls at the fair. The fair will be open to visitors from 10:00 am to 8.30 pm.
