Halima Group starts journey in mobile phone sector
Halima Mobile, a subsidiary of Halima Group, has recently launched its journey in the sector of mobile phone.
It has inaugurated two mobile phone models of contemporary technology T-1 and H-1 mobile phones. Both models have standby hours with powerful batteries and attractive design with multimedia support, reads a press release.
On the occasion of the voyage of the mobile phone, a grand opening ceremony was organised at Cumilla Station Club on Wednesday evening, read a press release.
Cumilla-6 (Sadar) constituency lawmaker AQM Bahauddin Bahar was present as the chief guest at the inaugural function which was chaired by Halima Group Chairman Abul Kalam Hasan Tagar.
Among others, Managing Director (Secretary) Hosne Ara Begum NDC on behalf of the ICT Department Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, Cumilla Deputy Commissioner Abul Fazal Mir, Cumilla Superintendent of Police Faruk Ahmed and Cumilla Football Association President Arfanul Haque Rifat were present at the function.
Eminent personalities from different quarters of Cumilla also attended the inaugural function.
There is also a Facebook browser, phone memory up to 32 GB, digital camera, USB mass storage, wireless FM / MP3 / MP4, quad torch and multi-language.
Halima Group has presently eight companies since its journey in 2010.
The companies are Halima Telecom, Halima Electronics, Halima Traders, Halima World, HTE, Nuclei Global, Tip Accessories and most recently Halima Mobile.
At the finale of the inaugural ceremony, a splendid cultural programme and fireworks were organised.
