Omdia, the market research firm, has published a list of best-selling smartphones in the world for the year 2020, reports Gadgetsnow.

Here is the list of top 10 best-selling smartphones in the world:
- Apple iPhone 11
The iPhone 11, which was the most affordable iPhone of 2019 turned out to be the highest selling smartphone in the world last year. Apple sold 64.8 million iPhone 11 in 2020, as per the report. iPhone 11 is currently available at a starting price of Tk 80435.22.
- Apple iPhone SE (2020)
Another Apple model in the list is the most affordable iPhone of 2020 — iPhone SE. iPhone SE sales stand at 24.2 million units as per the report. In India, iPhone SE is selling at Tk 43612.23.
- iPhone 12
The successor to the iPhone 11, iPhone 12 ranked number three on the list of highest selling phones of 2020. As per the report, Apple shipped 23.3 million units of this handset. In India, it can be purchased at Tk 95969.92.
- Samsung Galaxy A51
At No. 4 is Samsung Galaxy A51, with 23.2 million sales. This makes the smartphone the highest-selling Android smartphone in the world for the year 2020. The handset is currently available at a starting price of Tk 24163.94.
- Samsung Galaxy A21s
Another Galaxy A series smartphone from Samsung on the list is Galaxy A21s. Samsung has reportedly shipped 19.4 million units of this handset in 2020. It can be purchased at Tk 16108.91.
- Samsung Galaxy A01
The sixth position is also secured by a Samsung Galaxy A-series smartphone, called the Galaxy A01. As per the report, Samsung shipped 16.9 million units of this handset in 2020.
- iPhone 12 Pro Max
The fourth iPhone in the list of world's 10-most selling smartphones is iPhone 12 Pro Max, the top-end iPhone of 2020. As per the report, Apple sold 16.8 million units of the smartphone during the year 2020. The handset is available at Tk 149478.32 onwards.
- Samsung Galaxy A11
At No. 8 is the Samsung Galaxy A11, with 15.3 million units shipment in 2020.
- Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 Pro
At No. 9 is Xiaomi smartphone, Redmi Note 9 Pro. As per the report, Xiaomi shipped 15 million units of this handset worldwide. The phone is available at a starting price of around Tk 14958.19.
- Apple iPhone 12 mini
Rounding up the list is another Apple iPhone — iPhone 12 mini — which is the most affordable iPhone of the iPhone 12 lineup. The sales stood at 14.5 million units, as per the report. It is available on Amazon at Tk 82736.65 onwards.
