Victor Valdes has been axed as the coach of Barcelona's U-19 side after falling out with the board.
Frank Artiga, the coach of Barcelona's U-18 team, has replaced Valdes.
Valdes joined returned to the club as the coach of the Juvenil A side three months ago, after leaving the club as a player in 2014.
After leaving Barcelona, Valdes played for Manchester United and Standard Liege before retiring at Middlesborough in 2017.
Valdes had shown promising work with the kids who came through the La Masia ranks but unfortunately he fell out with the board, especially with his former teammate Justin Kluivert.
The latest Barcelona sensation, Ansu Fati, was supposed to play under Valdes but instead was promoted to the main team.
Valdes is another legend to move out of the Catalan club after Carles Puyol recently rejected the club's offer to join as the club's General Manager.
