U-19 players test negative in first phase tests
15 players and 12 supporting staff were tested in the first step of the testing and all of their results came out negative.

Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) has arranged a four-week long residential camp at BKSP to form a strong Under-19 side. The camp will start on August 23 with 45 players called up for the primary side and end on September 18. Before the camp kicks off, the players are being tested for Covid-19 in steps.
15 players and 12 supporting staff were tested in the first step of the testing and all of their results came out negative. All of them will relocate to BKSP within a couple of days.
The second and third phase of the testing will be done on August 18 and August 20 at the BCB Academy building.
BCB's game development manager Abu Imam Mohammad Kaysar confirmed the news of all of the tested members testing negative.
"Everyone's tests came out to be negative in the first phase. All of them will be relocated to BKSP. The other cricketers will be tested on schedule and the same measures will be taken after on," Kaysar informed The Business Standard (TBS).
The cricketers will take part in eight practice matches during the skill camp. The matches will be held at Ground 3 & 4 in BKSP on September 8,9,11,12,14,15,16 & 17. The U-19 will be selected after that.
