Tigers enter bio-bubble ahead of Windies series
The cricketers attended a practice session before entering the bubble at Hotel Sonargaon.

Ahead of Bangladesh's bilateral series against West Indies, the members of the preliminary squad, as well as the staff, entered the bio-secure bubble on Sunday after all of them had tested negative in the second round of screening.
The cricketers attended a practice session before entering the bubble at Hotel Sonargaon.
Earlier on the day, the West Indies team arrived in Dhaka. An Emirates Airlines flight carrying them landed in Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 10.15 am.
After the practice session, Najmul Hossain Shanto spoke to the media. "I am very excited to join the national team camp after a long time. We had a very good practice session. We got to meet everyone after a long time. It's always different, sharing the dressing room with all," said Shanto.
Shanto believes that it won't be that difficult to cope up with international cricket despite a break of almost a year. He said, "Yes, we will play international cricket after almost a year. But I think our preparation going into the series is pretty good, having played the last tournament (Bangabandhu T20 Cup) and BCB President's Cup. We spoke about these things during the practice session. We will play some practice matches too. If we can do things properly in these matches, I don't it will be a problem for us to cope up with international cricket."
The series is set to begin on January 20 with the ODIs taking place first. West Indies will arrive in Dhaka on January 10. They will play a warm-up one-day match at BKSP on January 18. In a couple of days, they will play the first ODI at the Sher-E-Bangla National Cricket Stadium in Mirpur. After playing the second ODI in the same venue on January 22, the teams will move to Chattogram and play the third and final ODI at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on the 25th.
The visitors will play a four-day practice match which will begin on January 28. The West Indies and Bangladesh will face each other in the first of two tests in Chattogram that will begin on February 3. The teams will return to Dhaka after the first Test to play the second Test in Mirpur which will begin on February 11.
