Shakib to play next CPL game on Wednesday

Bangladesh Test and T20I captain Shakib Al Hasan will play his next game of Caribbean Premier League (CPL) on Wednesday at BST 5 AM at Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad against Trinbago Knight Riders

The Bangladeshi superstar is representing Barbados Tridents in the current edition of CPL.. 

The Tridents have played nine games in this season so far and have won four of them to qualify for the play-offs. 

In his first game of this season, Shakib bagged a wicket conceding only 14 runs in four overs and scored 38 off 25 balls but his team lost the game by just one run against St Kitts and Nevis Patriots. 

In his second game, Shakib scored 22 and took a wicket conceding 20 runs in four overs as his team beat St Lucia Zouks by 24 runs to book a place in the last four. 

Along with Shakib, another Bangladeshi star Liton Das is also playing in CPL. Liton is representing Jamaica Tallawahs who are already out of the race for the play-offs. Jamaica will play their last league-stage game against Guyana Amazon Warriors on October 3 at Bangladesh time 4 AM.
