Shakib Al Hasan failed with bat once again in the ongoing Dhaka Premier League T20 today against Sheikh Jamal Dhanmondi Club. He went back to the pavilion after scoring 2 off 9 deliveries.
This was his sixth under 10 innings in 15 matches since his return from the ban.
Shakib has been struggling with the bat ever since he returned from the ban and the numbers are very unlike him.
He has so far played 15 T20 innings since November where his high score is only 28. Not even a 30+ innings in almost 8 months.
Shakib played these matches in Bangabandhu T20 Cup, IPL, and the ongoing DPL T20.
In the four matches in this year's DPL so far, Shakib has bagged 51 runs at an average of 12.75.
