Mohammad Shahzad was at his devastating best as he scored 61 off just 27 balls to take his team Rangpur Rangers to a commanding total of 181-8 after 20 overs against Comilla Warriors in their Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League match at Chattogram.

The bulky right-hander's innings had seven fours and four sides.

When Shahzad was batting, a total of over 200 seemed to be on the cards but regular loss of wickets meant that the total was just above 180.

In fact, Rangpur scored over 80 runs in the first eight overs and until Shahzad was dismissed, that score of over 200 seemed very likely.

Shahzad's Afghanistan teammate Mujeeb Ur Rahman, playing for the opposition, was the best bowler for Comilla Warriors picking up two wickets and conceding just 25 runs in his four overs of spin.
