Rakitic willing to leave Barcelona
Following the arrival of Frenkie de Jong from Ajax this summer, Rakitic has fallen down the pecking order in Barcelona's midfield.

Barcelona midfielder Ivan Rakitic has hinted that he might leave the Catalan club in the coming days if he does not play more.
Following the arrival of Frenkie de Jong from Ajax this summer, Rakitic has fallen down the pecking order in Barcelona's midfield. The Croat has only started one game this season and has insisted that he wants to play more.
"I have two years left on my contract and there is no better place to be. It is the best club in the world. But I need to play and not just enjoy walks around the city," Rakitic said.
Rakitic was linked with the likes of Manchester United, Inter Milan and Juventus over the summer, but a move did not materialize. But if the situation stays unchanged, he might look forward to leaving.
"The truth is that everyone knew I had options, it was no secret. If nothing changes we will have to sit down again with the club to talk," Rakitic added.
Barcelona currently sit second in the La Liga table with 16 points, behind rivals Real Madrid.
