NZC has already confirmed four home series including a series against Bangladesh. But the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is yet to give a statement regarding this.

New Zealand has been in much better position than other countries in terms of handling the Covid-19 pandemic. As the situation is quite normal now, the New Zealand Cricket (NZC) has decided to let cricket return there.

NZC has already confirmed four home series including a series against Bangladesh. But the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) is yet to give a statement regarding this.

Besides Bangladesh, Australia, West Indies and Pakistan will also tour New Zealand this summer. They will also host the Australia Women's team.

"We have been doing remarkably well. We have spoken to the officials of West Indies Cricket Board and they have agreed to tour New Zealand. Pakistan, Australia and Bangladesh have also confirmed to do so," said NZC Chief Executive Officer David White.

"We will work with the government agencies for couple of weeks to ensure proper isolation facilities. They have been supporting us throughout," White added.

According to the current future tour plan, Bangladesh are to play an ODI and a T20 series. But nothing is not hundred percent sure at this moment.
