Navy’s annual tennis & squash tournament concludes

The annual tennis and squash tournament of the Bangladesh Navy concluded on Wednesday. Chief of Naval Staff Admiral Aurangzeb Chowdhury presided over the concluding ceremony as the chief guest.

On the final day of the tournament, Commander SM Mezbah Uddin and Commander Imtiaz Uddin duo became the champions, beating the duo of Rear Admiral M Lokmanur Rahman and Commander M Anisur Rahman.

In tennis singles, Captain M Abdul Owadud Tarafdar became the champion while Lieutenant Commander Kazi Shakur Mahmud came up with the runner-up.
Commodore M Jamil Hossain became the champion and Captain MM Rahman became runner-up in squash. The chief guest distributed the prizes among the winners.
