Mahmudullah impressed with young guns in the Bangabandhu T20 Cup

Mahmudullah believes the healthy competition these youngsters bring will encourage the senior campaigners to perform even better and work harder than before.

The ongoing Bangabandhu T20 Cup has seen some youngsters rising to the occasion, especially the U-19 World Cup winners who had a good time with both bat and ball throughout the tournament. Gemcon Khulna skipper Mahmudullah Riyad hailed the youngsters' performance to the media today. 
Riyad has been truly impressed with the champion performance of these youngsters. 
The likes of Akbar Ali, Shoriful Islam, Parvez Hossain Emon, Rakibul Hasan already grabbed attention more for their attitude on the pitch and they continued to show the same hunger and positive attitude throughout the tournament. 
"The U-19 players really had a great tournament, and their positive approach towards the game impressed me. They have been brilliant in all three departments and showed courage to fight in any given situation. That's a real positive side for our cricket," said Mahmudullah.

Akbar Ali has had a great run with the bat. He performed under pressure whenever his team needed him. Parvez Hossain Emon scored the quickest century in T20 cricket for Bangladesh. Shoriful Islam caused great trouble to the batters throughout the tournament.
