Kandy to host Tigers' both Tests in SL tour

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed the news through a press release. 

Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) today announced the schedule of the Bangladesh-Sri Lanka Test series. The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed the news through a press release. 

Bangladesh team will fly to Sri Lanka for the two-Test series on April 12. These Tests will be played under the World Test Championship.

Pallekele International Cricket Stadium in Kandy will host both the Tests.

The Tigers will play a warm-up match on April 17 and 18. This match will be held at Katunayake.

The two-match Test series will begin on April 21 and the second Test will from 29. 

Tigers are currently in New Zealand for three ODIs and three T20Is. 

The series was postponed twice in pandemic-struck 2020-first in July and then in October before it was finalized in April this year.
